Alexis Bouvet
Biography
Alexis Bouvet is a counsel in the Banking & Finance group of Baker McKenzie's Luxembourg office. Prior to joining the Firm in 2015, he gained experience as an intern in the Capital Markets department of a major law firm in Paris.
Practice Focus
Alexis is a banking & finance lawyer who specializes in lending transactions. He advises banks as well as local and multinational companies on financing and refinancing projects. Alexis is also active in the capital markets field and assists on equity securities, debt securities and securitization transactions.
