Baker McKenzie has advised Honeywell (Nasdaq: HON) on the international aspects of its USD 2.16 billion all-cash acquisition of Sundyne from private equity firm Warburg Pincus, which closed June 6, 2025. Sundyne is a leader in the design, manufacturing and aftermarket support of highly-engineered pumps and gas compressors used in process industries.
