Baker McKenzie advised a portfolio company of Capvis, a leading Swiss private equity investor, on the sale of its global headquarters in Lucerne and the sale of a production site in Mendrisio (TI). Concurrently with the sale, both properties were leased back under a long-term lease agreement.

The Swiss portfolio company is a globally leading manufacturer of electronic components, human-machine input systems and comprehensive electronic solutions providing high-quality and safe supply of power for mission-critical applications.

Baker McKenzie Switzerland advised Capvis' portfolio company on all legal aspects of both real estate transactions.
