Baker McKenzie advises Capri Holdings on the acquisition of shoe manufacturer Sicla

Baker McKenzie advised Capri Holdings, the group headed by the Michael Kors, Versace and Jimmy Choo brands, on its acquisition of Italian shoe manufacturer Sicla.

Baker McKenzie assisted Capri Holdings with a team composed of Counsel Chiara Marinozzi and Senior Associate Ilaria Bosso for corporate law aspects, and Partner Serena Fantinelli and Associate Daniele Demelio for labor law aspects.

Stefano Fiorini also advised Capri Holdings on the tax aspects.
