Baker McKenzie advises Swisscanto Anlagestiftung on its acquisition of a residential real estate portfolio of Vorsorgestiftung Bally by a contribution in kind

Baker McKenzie advised Swisscanto Anlagestiftung, represented by Zürcher Kantonalbank Asset Management, on its acquisition of a portfolio consisting of three residential properties located in Zurich. The acquisition was conducted as a contribution in kind ("Sacheinlage") from Vorsorgestiftung Bally to the investment group "Swisscanto AST Immobilien Responsible Schweiz GT CHF."

Baker McKenzie Switzerland advised Swisscanto Anlagestiftung on all legal aspects of the acquisition.
