Baker McKenzie has assisted our client SSAB on the sale of G&G Mining Fabrication Pty Ltd to Mineral Resources Ltd.
G&G Mining is a specialist in the design, manufacture, repair and refurbishment of high-quality engineered, mobile mining equipment attachments, components and supply of associated services and has been supporting the mining industry for over 30 years.
The Baker McKenzie team was led by partner, Ben McLaughlin with assistance from Lizzie Lu, Madeleine McIntosh, Alison Chen, and Joanne Grange. Ben McLaughlin commented: "The sale of G&G Mining is a strategic divestment for our client, SSAB, which will free up time and capital to further invest in product lines which meet environment and sustainability goals."
