Baker McKenzie announces the appointment of Paolo Ghiglione as a partner in the Corporate M&A team.

Paolo Ghiglione has been assisting in M&A and private equity transactions for over two decades, with a focus on various sectors, including energy and infrastructure, TMT, financial institutions and consumer goods.

He has advised and assisted domestic and international clients in some of the most significant transactions in the Italian market. He is also involved as a boardroom adviser on regulatory and corporate governance issues. At Baker McKenzie, Paolo will join the other corporate partners of the Italian offices and will be leading the private equity and the energy & infrastructure teams.
