Baker McKenzie advised Unilever on the antitrust aspects of its sale of Suave in North America to private equity firm Yellow Wood Partners LLC, which closed May 1, 2023. The Suave beauty and personal care brand includes hair care, skin care, skin cleansing and deodorant products. Financial terms of the agreement are undisclosed.

Suave will continue to be owned and operated by Unilever outside of the US and Canada.
