Baker McKenzie in the admission to trading on Euronext Milan of Digital Value's ordinary shares

The trading of the ordinary shares of Digital Value, a leading operator in Italy in the ICT infrastructure sector, has started on the regulated market Euronext Milan, with their simultaneous exclusion from trading on the multilateral trading system Euronext Growth Milan.

Baker McKenzie assisted Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. and Equita SIM S.p.A., in their respective roles as co-listing agents, with a team led by partners Ludovico Rusconi and Pietro Bernasconi and with the main support of associate Carola Cambiaghi.

Digital Value was assisted by Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici.
