Storytel AB (publ) has carried out a primary issuance of shares of approximately SEK 400 million at a subscription price of SEK 45.50 per share to Swedish and International institutional investors. The subscription price was determined through an accelerated book-building procedure.
Storytel is one of the world’s largest audiobook and e-book streaming services and offers more than one million titles on a global scale. The streaming business within the Storytel Group is conducted under the brands Storytel, Mofibo and Audiobooks.com. The publishing business is managed by Storytel Books, and by the audiobook publisher StorySide. The Storytel Group operates in over 25 markets. The headquarters is located in Stockholm, Sweden.
ABG Sundal Collier and Swedbank acted as Joint Bookrunners. Baker McKenzie acted as legal adviser to ABG Sundal Collier and Swedbank with a capital markets team consisting of Henric Roth, Nanna Trulsson and Sophie Gidlund.
