Baker McKenzie advises Credicorp Capital in acquisition of multifamily building in Ñuñoa for USD 72 million

Leading global law firm Baker McKenzie advised Credicorp Capital in the acquisition of a new multifamily building in Ñuñoa, an upper middle class residential borough (comuna, in Spanish) located to the East of Santiago Centro and South of Providencia from Punta Blanca Real Estate Group.
The acquisition, which was consummated through Imobiliaria Dino SpA, a special purpose vehicle owned by two residential investment funds organized and managed by Credicorp Capital, will be managed by Greystar Real Estate Partners.
The team was led by partner Jaime Munro, supported by associates Cristóbal Larraín, Francisco Nualart and Verónica Barrios (all based in Santiago).
