Baker McKenzie legal advisor to Colliers on the acquisition of Pangea

Colliers has acquired a controlling interest in Pangea Property Partners to become the market-leading property advisor in the Nordics under the Colliers brand. After the acquisition, the new organization, Colliers Nordics, will consist of more than 550 experts, of which 80 within Capital Markets.

Colliers is a leading diversified professional services and investment management company with annual revenues of $4.5 billion and $81 billion of assets under management. With operations in 63 countries, the company's 17,000 employees provide expert real estate and investment advice to clients. 

Pangea Property Partners was founded in 2009 and has expertise in Capital Markets, Debt Advisory and Project Finance. The company operates from its offices in Oslo and Stockholm.

Baker McKenzie's core team consisted of Sten Bauer, Jens Isakzon, Emelie Hager, Amanda Thieme and Carl Johan Lie Karlberg.
