Responsibilities:
- Providing legal advice to Ukrainian and foreign clients on matters of Ukrainian competition law application and enforcement
- Drafting relevant legal documentation (merger and concerted actions applications, memos, guidelines and policies, legal alerts etc.)
- Monitoring legislation and legal research
- Participating in business and professional development activities
Key expectations and criteria:
- Professional experience with law firm in Antitrust & Competition practice (mergers and concerted actions, interaction with antitrust authorities, investigations, advisory work, etc.) or as in-house antitrust lawyer
- Pro-active, collaborative attitude towards work and colleagues
- Being humane, open-minded
- Bachelor or Master degree in law from Ukrainian university (foreign LL.M degree is a plus, but not required)
- Professional fluency in English and Ukrainian
- Passion to advance your career as antitrust lawyer
