Work Arrangement: Onsite for the first six months to one year, followed by hybrid model
The Human Resources (HR) Manager will support the full spectrum of HR practices including strategy, talent acquisition, development, operations, employee relations, compensation and organizational development; and lead the in the implementation of HR policies and processes in order to optimize business productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead in implementing HR programs in support of the Firm’s strategic goals including talent planning, management, employee programs and organizational design efforts
- Establish and maintain an understanding of the Firm (QT) needs, in the interest of building effective and productive working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, at all levels of the organization
- Define and execute strategic programs to ensure appropriate solutions are delivered to support business strategies
- Establish strong partnership with the Management Committee, Chief Operating Officer, Talent Management, Regional and Global Center of Excellence (COEs) to enhance current HR practices such as performance management, recruitment, compensation and organizational development
- Lead initiatives to update and apply policies and procedures consistently across the business; recommend improvements in current HR policies, processes, and programs (e.g., merit and promotion, planning, performance management, employee relations, career development, headcount planning, etc.)
- Work with Functions and Global Teams in implementing development plans for employees' professional growth to meet current and future needs of the firm
- Advise leadership teams in managing people concerns and issues to improve team performance and organizational effectiveness
- Optimize workforce data analytics and identify trends to facilitate delivery and discussion with business leaders
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding policies, procedures and development
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business or any other related field
- Strong people management experience
- Extensive experience working as a HR Business Partner
- Experience or knowledge of:
