David's recent experience includes:
Advising on strategy and process across a wide variety of HR and employment law issues across EMEA as part of a number of global employment law retainers, ranging from sensitive disciplinary and grievance procedures, to redundancies, including collective redundancy requirements as part of global restructuring projects.
Coordinating global advice in relation to various global multibillion-pound acquisitions.
Advising on the UK employment aspects of a multibillion-pound acquisition of a global pharmaceutical company.
Defending various employment claims including a cross-jurisdiction discrimination and unfair dismissal claim in the Court of Appeal, and a discrimination and harassment claim in the employment tribunal.
In addition, David regularly provides pro-bono advice on HR and employment law matters to organisations, including a global children's charity and a well-known symphony orchestra in London.
