Biography

Jasmin Vögtli is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Merger & Acquisitions and Real Estate practice groups in Zurich. Jasmin graduated from the University of Basel in 2018 where she worked as a research assistant. After her graduation she worked as a trainee lawyer in the corporate team of an international law firm in Berne and as a law clerk at the Court of Solothurn. She was admitted to the Swiss bar in 2022 and joined the Firm in the same year.

Practice Focus

Jasmin advises domestic and international clients in the areas of corporate and real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and restructurings as well as general corporate, commercial and contract law.
