Paulina Vargas
Biography
Paulina Vargas is a member of Baker McKenzie's Labor & Employment Practice Group in Santiago. Prior to joining the Firm, she worked as an attorney in another law firm, acquiring experience in the corporate and judicial labor area.
Practice Focus
Paulina focuses on assisting companies in labor and employment matters, such as labor litigation, hiring and termination of employees, collective bargaining processes, migration process and subcontracting, among others.
