Annick Van Hoorebeke is an of counsel in the Firm's Tax Practice Group in Brussels, where she advises on indirect taxation and employee compensation matters. An experienced lawyer, she has been recognized by International Tax Review as a leader in indirect taxes.
Ms. Van Hoorebeke focuses her practice on the tax, social security and labor aspects of executive compensation and employee benefits for resident and non-resident (expatriate) individuals, as well as on the structuring of cross-border transfers of employees and directors. She also advises clients on issues of indirect taxation (VAT and customs), with emphasis on multinational planning leading to efficient customs, as well as VAT sales and services structures for multinationals aiming to reduce compliance obligations and refund issues.
