Biography
Nicole Kate Tan is an associate in Quisumbing Torres’ Employment & Compensation Practice Group. Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate in one of the largest full-service law firms in the Philippines.
Nicole earned her Juris Doctor degree with Second Honors from Ateneo De Manila University School of Law in 2022 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023, placing 16th in the bar exams.
Practice Focus
Nicole's practice encompasses general employment matters, labor law compliance, and litigation, including employment termination, employee transfers, document review, and labor relations and unions. She is adept at navigating complex employment laws and regulations, providing strategic advice to clients on compliance and risk management. Nicole also assists clients in developing and implementing effective workplace policies and handling sensitive employee relations issues.
