Kim F. Tan

Kim helps clients navigate large-scale organisational change, combining technical legal expertise with a practical understanding of the commercial and operational objectives behind transformational transactions. Having spent more than two decades at Baker McKenzie, he brings deep knowledge of the Firm’s global network and regularly coordinates multidisciplinary, cross-border teams to deliver seamless implementation across jurisdictions.

In addition to leading some of the Firm’s most significant reorganisation projects, Kim is a key member of Baker McKenzie’s Global Reorganizations Group and serves on its steering committee. He is a frequent speaker at international workshops and seminars on corporate reorganisations, business transformation and cross-border implementation strategies.
