Biography

Jonathan T. Susko is an associate in the Corporate & Securities Practice Group of Baker McKenzie's New York office. Prior to joining the Firm, Jonathan served as lead research editor of the Temple Law Review.

Practice Focus

Jonathan advises multinational companies on global and domestic mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and other strategic transactions.

  • Advised Abbott Laboratories on the disposition of Alere, Inc.'s Triage® MeterPro cardiovascular (CV) and toxicology business and B-type Naturietic Peptide (BNP) assay business run on Beckman Coulter analyzers (USD 680 million).

  • Advised Abbott Laboratories on the disposition of Alere, Inc.'s epoc® Blood Analysis System.

  • Advised Safran in its USD 710 million sale of its Morpho Detection airport security business.

  • Advised Material Handling Systems in its sale to Thomas H. Lee and The Kenrich Group in its sale to HKA, each private employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) sale transactions.

  • Advised CVC Capital Partners in leveraged buyout of Anchor Glass Container Corp.
