Paul Stoss
Biography
Paul Stoss LL.M., BSc is a Junior Associate in Baker McKenzie's Antitrust & Trade Practice Group in Vienna. Prior to joining the Firm in November 2022, he gained his first professional experience as a judicial clerk at the Higher Regional Court of Vienna. Before joining Baker McKenzie he also worked as transaction lawyer at another international law firm in Berlin and Vienna.
Practice Focus
Paul advises international and national clients on all aspects of competition law. His practice focuses on compliance issues, restrictive practices, abuse of dominant position, antitrust investigations, merger control and foreign direct investments.
