• Representing the insolvency administrator of Sberbank CZ, a.s. v likvidaci, appointed by the Czech National Bank in relation to liquidation of the entire banking operations of Sberbank CZ, a.s. v likvidaci following withdrawal of its banking license by the regulator and in the subsequent insolvency proceedings.
• Provided advisory services to the debtor in the reorganization of Arca Investments, a.s., a large international investment group.*
• Provided advisory services to a foreign secured creditor Wells Fargo in the reorganization of a real estate company L88 Investments Prague 1 s.r.o.*
• Provided advisory services to OKD, a.s., a major mining company, in its reorganization with regard to the fulfillment of the reorganization plan, including work on related disputes and a squeeze-out dispute.*
