Anastasia Lubchenko
Biography
Anastasia Lubchenko is an associate in the New York office of Baker McKenzie and a member of the Corporate and Securities Practice Group.
Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Anastasia managed the implementation of international corporate reorganizations in New York and worked as an in-house counsel of a multinational corporation in Moscow.
Anastasia is a graduate of Columbia Law School, where she served as student editor of the American Review of International Arbitration.
Practice Focus
Anastasia's practice focuses on global corporate reorganizations, pre- and post-merger integrations and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
