Biography

Kerstin Swoboda is an associate in Baker McKenzie’s Berlin office and a member of the German Labor Law Practice Group. She joined the Firm after spending her legal traineeship in the jurisdiction of the Higher Regional Court of Bamberg and passing her Second State Exam in 2019. Prior to that, Kerstin studied law in Germany (Wuerzburg) and Spain (Seville) and graduated from law school in 2017.

Practice Focus

Kerstin advises domestic and international clients on all labor and employment law-related matters, such as terminations and drafting employment contracts. She also counsels companies on mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and works council issues. Kerstin also represents companies in labor court proceedings in Germany.
