Dr. Franz Schenker
Biography
Franz Schenker has more than 25 years of experience in dispute resolution. His experience in arbitration and litigation pertains mainly to disputes on commercial contracts, construction and real estate matters, estate matters and corporate law issues and includes disputes on anti-trust matters, tax litigation and administrative matters. He also supports clients in contract negotiations and in their dealing with authorities, such as in product recall matters. Franz Schenker joined Baker & McKenzie Zurich after having been an assistant at the chair for private law at the Law School of Fribourg and after having gained practical experience at a law firm specialized in construction law. Prior to this, Franz Schenker graduated at the University of Fribourg as lic. iur. and as Dr. iur.with the mention "summa cum laude" and he attended an LL.M. program at the Law School of Berkeley, CA.
