Manoé Ruchat
Biography
Manoé Ruchat is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Geneva office and a member of the Corporate/M&A and Banking & Finance departments. Before joining our Firm, Manoé completed his internship in the Corporate team of a major Swiss law firm.
Practice Focus
Manoé assists and represents Swiss and foreign clients in a wide range of regulatory, corporate, commercial and contractual matters, as well as M&A transactions.
