Biography
Ines Radmilovic currently serves as co-head of the M&A/corporate practice in Budapest. She is the past chairperson of the Firm's EMEA M&A Practice Group Steering Committee and former member of the Global M&A Practice Group Steering Committee. Ms. Radmilovic currently serves as a member of the Firm’s Quality Management Committee. Before moving to Budapest in 1992, Ines was a corporate and securities associate in the Chicago office. She became a partner in 1996.
Practice Focus
Ms. Radmilovic has advised clients in various industries - including manufacturing, IT/communications, life sciences & healthcare, and banking - on a range of transactional matters, including purchases and sales of businesses. She advises trade investors and private equity houses on their cross-border or multijurisdictional investment deals and investment exits, and provides the full range of services, from transaction structuring to implementation, as well as post acquisition legal entity integration, spin-offs, mergers and corporate group restructuring.
