Willemijn Punt
Biography
Willemijn is a senior associate and candidate civil-law notary in the Amsterdam Corporate Structures team, mainly focusing on global restructurings. Willemijn started her career with Baker McKenzie Amsterdam in 2014 and was seconded to our San Francisco office for 5 months in 2022. She advises on domestic and cross-border corporate restructurings and mergers and acquisitions.
Practice Focus
Willemijn focuses on Dutch corporate (notarial) law, the establishment of new corporate structures and the implementation and coordination of global restructurings. This includes post-acquisition integrations, spin-offs and carve-outs. She assisted with the coordination of global restructurings for many of our clients.
