  • Advised a US-based tequila brand in the negotiation of long-term agreements to secure their agave supply, as well as the relationship with their tequila producer based in the Los Altos de Jalisco zone.
  • Advised a European luxury jewelry brand in several buy-back acquisitions to secure the continuity of their Mexican business.
  • Advised one of the European leaders in the manufacturing of casino gaming machines, in the acquisition of the shares of the minority shareholder in their Mexican joint venture.
  • Represented one of the global leaders in cybersecurity and data protection in its divestiture of a Mexican joint venture.
