Brendan has represented state-owned and private companies in international and domestic arbitration.
Brendan has acted in multi-jurisdictional class proceedings involving allegations of anti-competitive activity, securities misrepresentations, privacy breaches, product liability, employment standards and consumer protection.
Brendan works with Baker McKenzie's global team in executing cross-border legal strategies, including defence of concurrent class proceedings, prosecution of international fraud and enforcement of foreign judgments.

Represented a global engineering firm in numerous venues facing allegations of negligence and claims for damages of nearly USD 600 million.
Represented an international bank in a letter of credit dispute.
Represented a US railway in commercial arbitration concerning disputed tariff obligations.
Represented a central Asian mining company in UNCITRAL arbitration at the Hague Permanent Court of Arbitration.
Represented a US social media company to protect the anonymity of its users.
Represented a Japanese electrical components manufacturer in multi-jurisdictional class proceedings involving alleged price-fixing.
Advised London-based counsel in one of the UK's first ever class proceedings.
