Biography
Melissa Marie Mýtinová is a member of the legal team of the Prague Office focusing on labor law as well as the legal team providing advice in the area of commercial law.
Practice Focus
Melissa focuses on labor law, advising clients on the preparation of employment and management agreements, employment termination, organizational changes and restructuring, as well as matters regarding employment of foreigners in the Czech Republic.
Melissa has also been involved in providing ongoing advice to clients on various corporate and commercial issues arising in the course of the operation of their business, including preparation of various commercial contracts.
