Biography

Peter Moules is a mid level associate in Baker McKenzie's Real Estate Group based in London. Peter practices in all aspects of real estate law and in particular advises clients in relation to high value commercial sales and leasing matters, real estate finance and the real estate aspects of corporate transactions. He also focusses on the technology and industrial property sectors.

Peter acts for a wide range of clients many of whom are multi-national companies, including financial institutions, engineering and technology companies, and corporate occupiers.

  • Acted for financial institutions and inward investors on UK real estate aspects of real estate finance transactions into the London and UK markets.

  • Advised market leading global media-services provider on all aspects of a new lease for the company's UK headquarters in London.

  • Acted for a global commercial real estate services and investment firm on a high value lease in central London as the headquarters for one of the Firm's divisions, including a substantial planning and construction element.

  • Advised a Hong Kong listed real estate investment trust on all aspects of the acquisition and refinance of 80 UK commercial properties.

  • Coordinated UK real estate aspects of a corporate restructure for a multinational information technology company. Managed the company's UK property portfolio following the restructure.

  • Acted for a NYSE listed manufacturing company on a number of large-scale acquisitions of global engineering and manufacturing businesses and advised on UK real estate aspects of deals, whilst coordinating global real estate input.

  • Acted for numerous wealthy individuals advising on the sale and purchase of high-value residential property and associated general property matters.

  • Advised an overseas government press office on all real estate aspects of its relocation within the UK.
