Biography

Antonio López Pardo is a member of the Dispute Resolution Practice Group in the Santiago office. For more than five years, he has worked on complex dispute resolution and arbitration matters, including civil, commercial and labor matters in industries such as construction, project development, banking and consumer protection. He joined the Firm in January 2015 from a leading local firm. Mr. López has been a teaching assistant for Philosophy of Law, Professional Ethics and Human Rights since 2003 at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Previously, he had been a teaching assistant for Natural Law from 2009 to 2013 at the same university for Juridical Argumentation at the Universidad Santo Tomás (2011) and for Ethics at Universidad Andrés Bello (2011). He is also president of Comunidad y Justicia, a non-government human rights organization.

Mr. López focuses on litigation and arbitration, with an emphasis on the areas of civil, commercial, regulatory, construction, environmental, mining, finance, insurance and product liabilities matters.
