• Advising the Kudelski Group, a world leader in digital security solutions, on the sale of SKIDATA to ASSA ABLOY, a global security solutions partner.
• Advising Lindsay Corporation on the acquisition of a minority interest in Austria-based Pessl Instruments GmbH.
