Jukka Karjalainen is a member of Baker McKenzie's UK Transfer Pricing Group and is the tax leader of the business transformations practice in London. He has 20 years of experience advising on transfer pricing and international corporate tax issues in the UK, Finland and Australia. He has been listed as a leading practitioner in his field by Euromoney and the International Tax Review.
Jukka has published numerous articles on transfer pricing and tax-aligned supply chain. He co-authored Siirtohinnoittelu, the first comprehensive Finnish book on transfer pricing.
Jukka frequently assists multinational clients from various industries in transfer pricing matters, with particular emphasis on business model changes and intangibles. He also advises clients on the design, implementation and defence of complex cross-border restructurings.

- Advised various multinational organisations on tax and transfer pricing issues related to the design and implementation of business models, including design of transfer pricing structures, development and exploitation of intangible property and other general supply chain planning related issues.
- Advised multinational organisations on tax disputes concerning the defence of transfer pricing in business model reorganisations.
