Mihoko Ida has over five years of experience practicing law in Japan. She is a member of the Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group in Tokyo. Ms. Ida has co-authored a number of publications, including the M&A Handbook on Conducting Business Practically. She is a member of the Tokyo Bar Association. She was seconded to Baker McKenzie's Chicago office between 2011 and 2012.
Ms. Ida focuses on mergers and acquisitions, commercial and corporate law, labor law, environmental law and general corporate law. She advises on compliance issues and assists clients in conducting due diligence and preparing documentation. Ms. Ida also assists in litigation and in drafting legal opinions, contracts and legal memoranda.
