Lisa Hollfelder

Lisa focuses her practice on domestic and cross-border private equity and M&A transactions, including leveraged buyouts, buy-and-build strategies, divestitures of portfolio companies, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. She advises private equity funds, institutional investors, and strategic buyers across a range of industries – notably technology, healthcare, manufacturing and energy infrastructure. Lisa also advises clients on general corporate law matters, covering topics such as management incentive programs, capital measures, corporate governance and shareholder-related matters.
