Biography

Dr. Jan Lucas Gutsche is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Dusseldorf office and a member of the Corporate/M&A Practice Group. Prior to rejoining as an associate, he spent one and a half years working for the team as a law clerk while finishing his doctoral studies. He continued his work throughout the first year of his legal clerkship and returned to the firm for its final stage. During this time, he gained extensive insights in all aspects of corporate law. Jan also spent a stage of his legal clerkship at another international law firm.
