
Jason Ayer Graham
Biography
Jason A. Graham is a partner in Baker McKenzie's Tax Practice Group in Dallas. He advises US and multinational corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, and other pass-through entities on domestic and international tax planning and transactions.
Practice Focus
Jason advises clients on the tax aspects of domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, partnership structuring, tax aspects of bankruptcies and tax disputes. In addition, Jason handles tax matters related to inbound and outbound real estate projects including real estate investment funds, joint ventures, QOZ funds and Section 1031 structures. He also advises clients in optimizing their global tax strategy including restructurings, post-acquisition integration, supply chain management, global currency and cash management, and transfer pricing.
