Providing advice to a ratings agency in respect of the legislative requirements and regimes which govern covered bond programmes in the United Kingdom.

Advising a leading Turkish bank as issuer on an update to their Global Medium Term Note Programme, which was listed on the Irish Stock Exchange. This included drafting the prospectus and negotiating the key programme documentation. Advised the issuer on their subsequent drawdown under the Programme.

Advising HSBC Bank plc in connection with its Asset Backed Commercial Paper Programme, Regency Assets Limited

Acting for UKEF and Standard Chartered Bank in relation to a UKEF direct lending and a commercial facility financing to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uganda for the construction of Kabaale airport. This deal was UKEF's largest ever loan to an African sovereign.

Advised a multinational IT company as originator on the implementation of an innovative, cross-border supply chain receivables financing programme involving receivables in multiple jurisdictions.

Advising a corporate trustee as note trustee in connection with the issue of high yield bonds. This was in the context of a complex debt restructuring, and also involved advising a leading investment bank in their capacity as paying agent.

Advising a corporate trustee in the release and granting of security across numerous European jurisdictions. This advice was given in the context of the issue of high yield bonds governed by New York law.
