Biography

Tania Valentina obtained her law degree from Universidad de La Sabana, where she focused her studies on labor and employment law. She has over two years of experience advising national and international clients on the strategic management of labor relationships, social security, and immigration matters. Her practice includes labor litigation, constitutional protection actions, labor audits, due diligence processes, and the structuring and review of contracts, as well as regulatory compliance before administrative authorities.

Practice Focus

Tania Valentina focuses her practice on labor and employment law, with particular emphasis on labor audits, employment contracting, and the drafting and implementation of internal workplace policies, as well as proceedings before administrative authorities. She also advises on labor migration matters, including visa applications and compliance. She has worked with clients in sectors such as technology, oil and gas, consulting, construction, and services.
