Paul Friese
Biography
Paul Friese is an associate in the Employment Practice Group in Baker McKenzie's Berlin office. He spent his legal traineeship in the jurisdiction of the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt a.M., where he passed his Second State Examination in 2021. Prior to that, he completed a LL.M. degree in Aberdeen, Scotland, in 2019. Before that, he studied at the University of Cologne and passed his First State Examination in Cologne in 2018.
Practice Focus
Paul advises German and international companies on all collective and individual employment law matters, such as works constitution law and legal and tactical issues in termination cases. In this context, Paul Friese also represents companies in court proceedings in Germany.
