Sarah Frey
Biography
Sarah Frey is a litigation associate in Baker McKenzie's Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Group and resides in the Firm's New York office. Sarah focuses on intellectual property (IP) and commercial litigation and dispute resolution. While in law school, Sarah received the Carol Russ Memorial Prize for her commitment to promoting women's rights through the law. Sarah is also actively involved in the Firm's pro bono practice, focusing on gender justice litigation.
Practice Focus
Sarah’s practice involves representing clients across many industries in an array of IP and commercial disputes in state and federal courts across the country. Sarah is recognized for her unique strategic insight and creative problem-solving, consistently delivering representation that is both laser-focused and holistic. Her practice encompasses nearly all aspects of litigation, and she regularly advises clients in all litigation phases.
