Biography
Claudine Fox is a senior tax advisor in Baker McKenzie's London office. Claudine is a chartered accountant and before joining the Firm in 2017, Claudine worked in the international tax services and transaction tax groups of Big 4 accounting firms for nine years.
Practice Focus
Claudine advises on all areas of UK corporate tax, with a particular focus on cross-border tax structuring for UK-headed and non-UK headed groups. Claudine is particularly knowledgeable in UK anti-hybrid provisions, UK DPT provisions, CFC regime and loan relationship anti-avoidance provisions.
