Biography

Helena Engfeldt helps companies around the world expand their businesses internationally especially by taking contracts, intellectual property, and privacy law compliance global. She is a partner in Baker McKenzie's International/Commercial Practice Group in San Francisco. She is licensed to practice law in California and New York.

Practice Focus

Helena advises private and public companies (from startups to Fortune 500 companies) on cross-border transactions and international expansion, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, and global data privacy law compliance. Her clients include software developers, e-commerce companies, global mobile and web gaming developers, transportation and healthcare companies and telecommunications providers.
