Biography

Yassine El Bojaddaini is a senior associate within the EMEA Customs Practice. He has ample experience on advising and representing multinationals in customs and tax related matters including restructurings, litigation and supply chain optimization.

Practice Focus

Yassine’s main area of practice is customs and indirect tax law. Yassine advises clients from a wide variety of industries, including e-commerce, high tech, fashion, automotive, pharmaceutical, and food & consumer products.

Representative Legal Matters

  • Provide advise and training on the legal side of customs, international trade compliance and supply chain optimization
  • Develop and review internal compliance positions of multinationals.

  • Represent/assist clients before national authorities and courts as well as before the European Commission and the Court of Justice of the European Union.

  • Respond to customs, excise and other trade compliance related queries occurring during Day-to-Day operations of companies from various industries.
