Mia Engstrand (Edlund)
Biography
Mia Engstrand is an associate in Baker McKenzie’s Dispute Resolution Practice Group in Stockholm. She has extensive experience advising and representing clients on commercial disputes and acting as counsel in arbitration and litigation proceedings.
Prior to joining the Firm in March 2015, Mia worked at a boutique law firm advising clients on a wide range of commercial matters. She also served as a law clerk at Uppsala District Court, and as a reporting clerk at the Svea Court of Appeal where she worked with the Land and Environment Court of Appeal on matters relating to real estate and environmental law.
Practice Focus
Mia focuses on arbitration and litigation. She assists domestic and international clients in matters relating to insolvency, real estate and environmental law as well as privately negotiated commercial transactions and agreements.
