Lynsey Edgar is a partner in Baker McKenzie's Sydney office, specialising in competition and consumer law. She has a reputation for combining technical excellence with strategic commercial advice.
Lynsey primarily assists clients with matters arising under the Competition and Consumer Act. She advises on anticompetitive conduct, merger clearance, distribution arrangements, and the impact of competition/antitrust law on various commercial activities.
Lynsey also advises on consumer issues including misleading and deceptive conduct, consumer guarantees, and compliance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Lynsey is experienced in representing clients facing investigations by regulators, particularly the ACCC, and acts for clients in competition and consumer litigation.
