Practice Focus
Stephanie’s practice focuses on general corporate law, including corporate governance, commercial agreements and joint ventures. She advises clients on real estate, mining law and regulatory matters in relation to government procurement law. She is also experienced in handling corporate secretary duties for companies whose duties include the issuance of secretary certificates, drafting of general information sheets, and the preparation of notices, agenda and minutes for meetings of their respective boards of directors and committees thereof.
